Kim Jones was in charge of taking the classic sled to a new and exclusive level, that of Dior, which in conjunction with Akonite, presented this winter vehicle as part of the 'Ski Campsule Masculine'.
The sleigh is a true display of Akonite's expertise, combined with Dior's couture spirit, and the exceptional design is almost entirely made by hand. Every detail combines the avant-garde and style so that you slide looking incredible.

About its creation, which should be noted was made in France, the sleigh is sculpted in ash and poplar wood, all made from sustainable forest management. It is painted in navy blue with the 'DIOR' signature on the top and white details and for greater comfort the 'D'-shaped outline allows it to be worn over the shoulder.
The sleigh features a laser engraved Dior Oblique motif, it also offers stainless steel runners engraved with the Cannage motif, a symbol of the house.
'Ski Capsule Masculine' fuses art, fashion and technical expertise, in addition to the Dior x Akonite sled, the collection features other accessories such as glasses, gloves, hats, helmets, boots and shoes that were launched as part of the Winter 2021 collection of the British painter Peter Doig and Kim Jones, now adding colors other than black, such as ice blue, brown and small touches of beige.
