More than 120 families fall under their responsibility, of which a large percentage are mothers who are heads of household. Her brand stands out because it has taken jean to a high level through clothing, innovative and modern designs that make today's woman feel comfortable and beautiful at the same time.
It exports to eight countries and, despite the pandemic, it has not given its arm to twist, remaining firm in the conservation of all its personnel: "I am a person who from a very young age knew that working with discipline, perseverance and dedication was the basis for success. For me the impossible does not exist, that is clear to me. Beginning in the nineties, in that tireless search for work, and due to life circumstances, God put me as an employee in a clothing store and it was at that moment that I felt that light that told me 'here is your opportunity, make it the greatest blessing for you', and so it was. Without fear I said 'this is my passion and here I am'”, she has the particular nobility that characterizes her.

For the year 2019, according to Procolombia, our country was the largest exporter of jeans to the United States, therefore, entering to compete is not so easy. The merit is in the quality and it was in this way that Chinese jeans were overthrown – as they say in our country – surpassed by the quality of the threads and designs that highlight the derrière of women, causing a revolution in sales worldwide. .
There Elvia found the “perrenque” to not let down her guard and persevere: “already knowing that this is what I would dedicate my life to, I began to approach those suppliers of the store where I worked and they were the ones who supported me and thus I managed to become independent. The fact of having the opportunity to show all my abilities, feeling that I am doing what I am passionate about and above all being able to count on the support of so many people in the sector is wonderful, because throughout the more than fifteen years that we have been in the market , and even in these difficult times, we have been able to continue supporting our employees, who are mostly mothers who are heads of household. We have cutters, satellites, dry cleaners, auction shops, catalog sellers and all those who are required to produce a design and everyone, absolutely everyone, is still in our work team. I have formed a great family and I hope until the end of my days to continue counting on them”.

With everything we are experiencing is enormous uncertainty. It is no secret to anyone that maintaining any business right now is very hard. Seeing how you continue and continue to grow is an unlimited commitment. I attest that God has never abandoned me and has opened up a universe of opportunities for me that anyone would like to have. But, above all, looking for my happiness and that is not negotiable for money, but is in my search for tranquility, the one that in moments of so much anxiety I sometimes lose and come before God to beg him to put his hand on the world and allow us to move forward in peace."
