National Police agents have dismantled in Jaén a criminal organization that allegedly dedicated itself to the falsification and subsequent sale of prestigious brands.To this criminal purpose, allegedly those arrested had a wide infrastructure in which they allegedly falsified previously acquired garments at low cost and zero quality, to sell them later wholesale.
In the police operation, four people, three Spanish and one of Chinese origin have been arrested, practicing five records in which more than 4,000 garments of various well -known brands were intervened, a large number of supplies for falsification, four thermal machinery machines, twoMobile phones, two computers and a label printer.In the different inspections carried out by the investigators, aimed at the control, inspection and persecution of crimes against industrial property, especially in the markets of the province, the sale of all types of counterfeit garments of great prestigious brands betweenthe buyers.
Garments that were offered at a lower price of the originals imitating them.For this, logos, labels and embasses were used that were practically identical to the originals, however, the garments used for the alleged falsification were poor in quality, having been acquired by those arrested at very low cost.Clandestine workshop after different investigations, the agents focused their investigations on two of the arrested: father and son.Apparently they had been dedicating themselves to this criminal activity for years.
To do this, they had supposedly set up a complete infrastructure composed of several properties dedicated to the different phases of falsification.At home were computers, printers and the necessary material for the elaboration of the labels.In a second property they made the falsification of the garments by meansand under arrested costs, they allegedly acquired clothes without any brand and at a low cost, as well as in the black market, the necessary accessories for falsification;Serigraphy elements, labels and accessory remains.
Similarly, they took the necessary machines for the stamping of the false brands and logos.Once the entire process was done, they were put on a large scale for sale mainly in the markets.However, the investigation did not conclude.The researchers once identified the alleged perpetrators of the falsifications, focused their work on the other two arrested.These were allegedly responsible for the sale and distribution of falsifications, reaching a commercial establishment open to the public, where the investigators made the last and fifth record.
