The municipal app to support local commerce will count the purchases of this Wednesday and also those of Friday, Black Friday.
Another Wednesday of 'We'll be back' arrives in Zaragoza. The municipal plan to support the recovery of small local businesses continues for another week; the third day of the working week is the one designated for purchases in affiliated establishments to accumulate benefits for those who make them. Everything is carried out thanks to a mobile app, 'Volveremos', which provides the consumer with a percentage refund of everything purchased every Wednesday in those businesses associated with the plan; the return, which can then be used any day of the week in those same businesses, is 20% of what is spent in stores in the city of Zaragoza, 30% of what is invested in restaurants and 30% in consumption made in rural neighborhoods , both in commerce and in restoration.
The system is simple and effective. Thus, for a purchase of 40 euros in La Alacena de Aragón this Wednesday, 8 euros are accumulated in the app (the Lazo card can also be used) for later spending in Pollería Chon, for example, or in one of the escapist places by Coco Room. There are limits; bonuses cannot be more than 50% of the subsequent purchase; in the example described, it would be a maximum of 20 euros. This week there is an additional incentive: Friday the 26th, Black Friday, will be like a Wednesday for We Will Be Back, which means that purchases made that day will also accumulate money in the users' apps.
The section on commerce, food and drinks in Volveremos is very extensive, one of the largest in terms of participants. They are 315 in total; there is the Fantoba chocolate shop, one of the most valued and traditional in the city, or the Alacena de Aragón itself, with its wide range of artisan products from all corners of Aragon: there you can find some of the best varieties of cheese, sausages, honey and homemade sweets from our land.
Also included in this category is Zumiko, a juice shop on Calle Las Vírgenes, which has just won a Solete Repsol. Likewise, traditional sector businesses such as Bodegas El Pilar, Charcuterías Montori y Barranco or Pescados Cañete appear, which are already preparing to receive Christmas orders and fill the freezers of the houses with first-rate products. The same happens with other more recent ones, such as the El Mortero Alegre butcher shops in Actur and the Jesús neighborhood.
The businesses are ordered by their zip code, the name of the establishment and the street in which they are located.
