Mexico City, October 21 (SinEmbargo) .- Between 2013 and 2019, the driver Inés Gómez Mont recorded five brands that include her name, a logo of a jewelry brand and its foundation, as recorded in the registers of the instituteMexican Industrial Property (IMPI).
The different records that were released by the newspaper El Universal and that were also consulted by SinEmbargo, show that Gómez Mont recorded in 2013 the brand and logo of Inés By Gómez Mont, as noted by file 1315585, and that it was grantedfor “precious metals and their alloys, as well as products of these subjects or plates not understood in other classes;jewelry, jewelry, precious stones;Watches and chronometric instruments ”.
Another record, with the name Inés Gómez Mont, included in file 2222491, refers to “legal services;Security services for physical protection of material goods and people;Personal and social services provided by third parties to meet individual needs. ”

A fourth record, also under the name of the driver and with file 2222490, mentions “Education;training;entertainment services;sports and cultural activities ”.
And the fifth, under file 1925983 refers to the Inés Gómez Mont Foundation, which gives attention to single mothers and that in the IMPI has the description of “personal and social services provided by third parties to meet individual needs”.

According to judicial sources, the Attorney General's Office (FGR) requested a red card for the arrest of the couple, after being accused of organized crime and operations with resources of illicit origin, which amount to three billion pesos pesos(approximately 150 million dollars).
On October 14, through a statement published in her Instagram account, Gómez Mont said she was informed of the request for arrest orders against her and her husband for tax matters with the Tax Administration Service (SAT) and theProsecutor's Office of the Taxpayer Defense (PRODECON), although they had already concluded agreements with both institutions.
Allegedly, Víctor Álvarez Puga and his brother, Alejandro Álvarez Puga, would have used ghost companies to facilitate tax evasion, money laundering and diversion from public resources to third parties.
Until now, the couple's whereabouts are unknown, although entertainment means in the United States have indicated that the couple bought in Miami a house that belonged to the singer Cher, which could be found.
