The convenience points or local businesses to which consumers can go to send their packages or to pick up their purchases online have doubled in just one year, from 40% to 81%, which means that most stores online from Spain already allow this possibility to satisfy a clientele that increasingly demands more.

The flexibility and comfort offered by this method, as well as the benefits it brings to reduce the ecological impact in the logistics sector, are some of the reasons that explain the boom that this alternative is experiencing, according to a study by Mondial Relay.

According to this company, the rapid adaptation to this model is also a sign of the high competitiveness in the Spanish market, both among online merchants and among logistics companies. For both of them, it is very important to be up to date with the new forms of package distribution and transport, in order to offer their clients an experience that can be up to the competition.
