The footwear brand Bruno Ferrini, from Shoe Trade SAC, seeks to continue growing not only in the country, but also plans to cross borders next year.
Thus, they hope to open their first store in South America, said the general manager of the company, María Pía Tola, who maintained that it could be in Ecuador or Chile, and the plan is to open stores directly.
In Peru, they are looking to open a store next year in the Real Plaza Puruchuco shopping center (Ate), as well as add two more stores in the interior of the country.
Currently they already have a presence in cities like Trujillo, Piura, Chiclayo, Arequipa, Cusco and Ica.
Among the company's plans is to expand its portfolio. Thus, they hope to compete next year in the handbag market. "We are looking for leather handbags made in Italy, and the idea is to sell them in Bruno Ferrini stores with this brand," he said.
Will Shoe Trade SAC add new brands to its portfolio? María Pía Tola announced that they have been negotiating to incorporate the representation of two American footwear brands.
“We seek to have the exclusive distribution of these brands. And stores of the same could be opened, but first they will be marketed within our stores to see how they do, ”he noted.
Currently they sell inside the Bruno Ferrini stores in addition to the brand of the same name, the international brands Stacy Adams, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nunn Bush, among others.
To date, Shoe Trade SAC has 22 stores, 19 from Bruno Ferrini, including its concept format, three from Florsheim, and one outlet.
María Pía Tola said that they are negotiating to start producing boots for an American brand in their factory located in Villa El Salvador. Currently they already produce for designers like the American Rachel Comey.
