Eiza González uses her Instagram, among other things, as a fashion space to remind us that the glamor of red carpets and events Specials does not have to remain on the sidelines in times of contingency. The Mexican actress applied an 'Anne Hathaway' and took the premiere of her latest film (Godzilla vs. Kong) to her house and this, of course, implied a style worthy of being photographed.
On this occasion, Eiza González, originally from Mexico City, wore a total look by the French firm, Patou, styled by Elizabeth Satlzman. A yellow tailored suit -of course, the color of the year- with a seventies-inspired print in shades of blue, was the outfit of the day for the actress. On its own, it's a sure-fire ensemble with its vibrant details and balloon sleeves, but there was one more item we need to talk about: her knee-high sandals with blue socks.
Although the power suit of the protagonist of Baby Driver could be complemented with some predictable stilettos of vertigo, she went further opting for a styling trick that does not end up convincing the most purists, but which is undoubtedly worth it worth giving it a try. In this particular look, the blue socks that match the color of her suit, in a risky matchy-matchy tactic, are the key to elevate.
In a few words, what Eiza González and her stylist are trying to tell us is that combining sandals with socks in colors that blend harmoniously with the rest of your clothes is the trick to make these two elements look great.
González accessorized with a beauty look starring long and sophisticatedly wavy hair, parted on the side, that vintage nod that has ruled the last awards season. A natural make-up, emphasizing her upper eyeliner and her salmon-pink lips, was the final touch of a look where everything adds up (even the sandals with socks).
