In this regard, the National Federation of Merchants, Fenalco, of Colombia, said that it reached an agreement with the National Government for trade to prepare all the technical aspects established in Law 2155 or Social Investment for the Day of the Day without VAT.
Similarly, the technical aspects related to the implementation of electronic billing and the incorporation of purchases with cash payment were addressed, issues that will be expanded later and in a pedagogical way, both for shops and for buyers.
